Skærgårdens Golden Love

Golden Love is the first foal of the year - and what more could you wish for?! Even in the right colour. She is absolutely adorable.

Golden has been given all of the best qualities from her sire First Night, and we are very happy to have bred such a stunning mare. Golden has now been sold to France as a broodmare, where hopefully she will be presenting our stud in the best possible way.

Results:

- Reserve classwinner at Mountain and Moorland Show with a total of 41 points and the notes 8 for type, 8 for body, 9 for limbs, 8 for walk and 8 for trot.

- Classwinner at youngstershow in Egtved with 8 overall

- Classwinner and inspected in class 1 with amongst others 9 for type, and 9 for head and neck with nice comments from the judges!

Skærgårdens Electric Love

Second foal of the year was a filly too; a longlegged smart looking foal with a cool attitude. She is almost floating and seems to have been given really nice movements! We are looking forward to following her in the future, and to see what she will contribute with to our breeding-programme - she is definitely a keeper.

Electric has done really well at in-hand shows! Amongst others she has won the titles Junior Champion, and Best in Show, and in 2014 she was classwinner at the DCPS inspection with several 9’s.

Results:

- Classwinner at Mountain and Moorland Show with the notes: 8 for type, 8 for body, 7 for limbs, 9 for walk, and 9 for trot.

- Classwinner in the yearling class at DCPS show 2012 with 9 for type, movements and overall. Furthermore, awarded the title Junior Champion!

- Awarded 1. prize with 8 overall at the youngstershow in Egtved 2013

- Classwinner in the 2-year old class awarded with 23 points (out of maximum 24) at the National Show in Herning 2013, placed 4th in the overall competition as best 2 year old of the show.

- Classwinner and awarded 23 points (out of maximum 24) and an honorary prize at the National Show in Herning 2014

- Achieved Class 1 with several 9's, and awarded the title Best In Show at DCPS show in 2014

Although we did all what we could with assistance from our very professional vet we didn`t succed in saving this beautiful fillyfoal.
